All pieces are made either by people that are currently incarcerated in Caxias’ Prison or people that have been released and need a transitory job.

We are a social business owned by RESHAPE, a Portuguese NGO. By training and hiring incarcerated and formerly incarcerated people we are directly redistributing wealth and
responsibility. We want our artisans to be fully independent and integrated in society – if you want to know more about our methodology you can go here.

This is a job like any other, except it is mandatory to have a criminal record and to be in need of a second chance in life. We accommodate the special needs of these people
because we are part of an NGO specialized in this population.

We do not discriminate by gender, age, nationality or crime. We want people that are motivated to change their lives and need a little help navigate their transition to freedom.

We love challenges! Although our time for customized items is very limited, if you have an idea for a product, you can send us above in the form and we will get back to you.

If you want to buy our products in bulk, please send us an email and we will get back at you. We always want to find the best solution to all parties (you and us).

that you can see the products in real life before purchasing.

Any time you buy a product and choose “Local Pick-up” as delivery method you will be picking up your order in our studio.

This is a workplace, not a store, so although we love visits, we ask
that you please contact us if you want to visit the store unless you are going to pick-up an order.

Yes, we can! During check-out, please leave in “Notes” the message that you want to include inside. If you are going to order products for more than one person, we ask that you also include which products should go together and we will include inside the box, individual bags so you can give to more than
one person.

We send orders every Monday and Wednesday. So, for national orders it
takes normally between 1 and 4 days, but it can be more than 7 days sometimes.

For international orders we can’t guarantee that you receive your order that fast. Normally it takes between 4 to 14 days for your order to arrive depending on the country and shipping company.

Yes, we do! If you can’t add your country during check-out, please send us an email through the contact form above and we will handle it directly with you.

The delivery cost depends on the amount of pieces you buy (weight) and your address. These are calculated during check-out.

If you are in Lisbon, we encourage you to choose the pick-up option: it’s free and better for the environment!

No worries at all, just send us an email in the contact form above and we will send you new products.

If we have a Free Returns Policy, that means that if you are not satisfied with your product, you have 30 days to contact us. Then you can either exchange those products with others or you can return them, and we will refund you.

We like to have a close relation with our partners, we want everyone that sells our products to sell our mission so expect a few calls from our side.
